Tickets to the Santa Barbara Zoo’s popular “Zoo Brew” beer festival go on sale online at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 1. This event has sold out within hours for the past several years, and tickets are expected to go quickly again this year.
Zoo Brew, held Saturday, June 2 from 3 to 6 p.m., features tastings from more than 30 breweries plus several wineries, cider-makers, and other libations. Pub food and merchandise are also available. A VIP ticket allows entry one-hour early and special appetizers. This Zoo fundraiser is for adults aged 21 and over only.
General Admission tickets to Zoo Brew are $65 and include unlimited tastings and a commemorative cup. VIP tickets are $105 and also include early entry at 2 p.m. and appetizers. Tickets are sold only online, at www.sbzoo.org/zoobrew, starting at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 1.
Some of the breweries pouring include Barefoot Wine & Bubbly, Big Sky Brewing Company, Brewhouse, Captain Fatty’s Brewery, Draughtsmen Aleworks, Golden Rod Brewing, Loncho Brew Company, Madewest Brewing Company, M. Special Brewing, Naughty Oak Brewing Company, Pure Order Brewing Company, Santa Barbara Brewing Company, SLO Brew, Stone Brewing Company, Topa Topa Brewing Company, and Ventura Coast Brew Company, plus Mike’s Hard Lemonade Company and White Claw Hard Seltzer.
